Alerts
From time to time, you may get some alerts when you first login. These are usually self-explanatory and will tell you what is needed.
For example, if your club is using the Judicial Module, you will see this alert when you first login. You need to go to the settings and update your Motorsport UK license number.

User Settings
The setting page will let you change account details such as your name, email address and password. Please note that only an administrator can change your username.

Meetings Screen
After logging in, the main page will change to the meeting screen. This will list all of the meeting currently accessible by you. When there is an active event, that will appear in the ‘Today’s Events’ section. Upcoming and past meetings will also be listed. Previous meetings that are not in the current calendar year may also be accessible via the ‘View Previous Meetings’ button at the bottom of the screen. To go to a specific meeting, click ‘Enter Meeting’.

Sessions Screen
Once you have entered a meeting, you will see a list of all sessions for that meeting. From here you can go to the track log for that session, print a session report, or go to the judicial log (if the judicial module is enabled)

Timing Display
If your club use Timing Solutions Limited and your admin has specified the TSL event ID when setting up the meeting, various timing screen buttons will appear above the sessions. Clicking one of these buttons will open a new tab in your browser and go to the TSL online live timing screen. These can be useful to run on a secondary display or side by side with the Race Control Management System.
Note: GT Apps does not integrate with any other system. The timing screen buttons are simply links to TSL Ltd’s live timing service

External Display
The external display can be used on a secondary monitor for display to other users in race control. It will follow the progress of the meeting by changing to the session with the most recent record logged. IMPORTANT NOTE: This should be used as info only. If a record is entered into a previous session during a session, the display will change to that session as that is the latest record.

Session Status Display
The session status display can be used to track the process of the meeting, it will pull through details such as the latest track status, number of decisions and number of completed investigations. If for example, they Time Keeper is not to publish results until all investigations are complete, this will allow them to know which sessions are ready.

Judicial Summary
If your club uses the Judicial Module within the application, you will see a ‘Judicial Summary’ button on the session screen. Clicking this will open a new tab and will show the full list of judicial records for that meeting. More info on this can be found in the Judicial Module section of this guide.
