The track log table hold all of the records entered for each session.

Editing a record

You are able to edit any record however, different types of record have different options when it comes to editing. Click the yellow edit button on the record to open the update record pop up.

‘Add Investigation From This Record’

When editing a comment record, this gives you the option to start investigation based on the information in that comment.

Archiving Records

Clicking the red archive button will open a ‘are you sure’ pop up. Click Archive to do this.

NOTE: If you are trying to archive a Investigation record, this WILL ALSO archive the Investigation. The ‘Are you sure’ pop up will warn you of this.
